Overview
PDF Viewer is built with your privacy as the top priority. Your documents stay on your device. This policy explains how the app handles data.
Data collection
The app does not collect any personal data. There is no account, and the app operates entirely on your device:
- No analytics and no tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No crash reporting to third parties
- Nothing about your documents is transmitted anywhere
Your files
The app opens the single PDF you choose through Android's system file picker (Storage Access Framework), or when you open a PDF from another app. It has access only to that file — not to your storage in general.
Viewing, search, annotations, form filling and page changes all happen on your device. When you save, you decide whether to overwrite the original or create a new file; the app writes only where you direct it.
Permissions
The app declares no Android permissions. It requires no storage, location, contacts, camera, or network permission. Tapping a link (website, More apps), Send feedback, or Rate the app simply hands off to your browser, email, or the Google Play app.
Network
The app itself does not connect to any server. Any network activity happens only in the other app you launch when you tap an external link.
Data storage & deletion
The only data the app stores is a local list of recently opened files (file references, names, and timestamps) in the app's private storage. You can:
- Clear it via Settings → Clear recently opened
- Remove a single entry with the × next to it
- Uninstall the app to remove all app data
Your PDF files themselves are your own and are never uploaded or copied elsewhere by the app.
Third-party services
No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded. The app is distributed via Google Play; the Google Play terms and privacy policy apply to the store itself and to the optional in-app rating prompt.
Children
The app is suitable for a general audience and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

- Keine Werbe-IDs
- Kein Absturz-Reporting an Dritte
- Nichts über deine Dokumente wird irgendwohin übertragen
Deine Dateien
