These terms of service govern the use of the mobile application Sound Memory (hereinafter "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a memory card game where players match pairs of cards by listening to sounds spoken via Text-to-Speech. Features include multiple game modes (speech only, image only, speech + image), multi-language support (German, English, French, Spanish), game statistics and customizable settings.
All data is stored exclusively locally on your device. This includes game statistics, settings and preferences. No data is transmitted to external servers.
Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy, accessible within the App.
All rights to the App, its design, images and content belong to the provider, unless otherwise stated. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability for damages is limited. No guarantee is given for data loss.
The provider may modify these terms of service or features of the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.
These terms are governed by German law, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. Jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions.
