These terms govern the use of the app Four Wins for Android, iOS and macOS. If the app is obtained through Google Play, Google's terms apply in addition. If it is obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for licensed applications applies in addition; Apple is not a party to these terms.
You receive a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on your devices for private purposes. The app is provided free of charge and contains neither advertising nor in-app purchases.
The app may not be reverse-engineered, modified, resold or distributed under another name, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
There is no entitlement to availability, to particular features or to future updates. Features may be added, changed or removed.
The app is provided without warranty of freedom from defects or fitness for a particular purpose. The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For injury to life, body or health, and for claims under product liability law, statutory liability applies without limitation.
The app stores its data locally only and creates no backups. No liability is accepted for loss of the game statistics — for example through uninstalling, clearing the app's storage, or changing devices.
The app collects no personal data. Details are in the privacy policy.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
