These terms of service govern the use of the mobile application VocabTrain (hereinafter "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App enables the creation, storage, editing and learning of vocabulary in different languages. Features include Flashcard Mode, Quiz Mode, Pair Mode, Listen Mode, Write Mode, Dictation Mode, text-to-speech and inline translation. Some features require an in-app purchase (Pro version). Functionality may vary depending on device and iOS version.
All content you create in the App (vocabulary decks, cards, etc.) remains your responsibility. You may not create content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.
All data is stored exclusively locally on your device. You are responsible for regular backups of your data. The App provides export functions for data backup.

All rights to the App, its design and content belong to the provider, unless otherwise stated. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability for damages is limited. No guarantee is given for data loss; regular backups are recommended.
The provider may modify these terms of service or features of the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
The App offers optional in-app purchases via Apple's App Store (StoreKit): a Pro version (one-time purchase) and card packs (consumable). Purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms of service. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. The developer has no access to your payment information.
The provider may restrict or block access to the App in case of violations of these terms. You may terminate use at any time.
These terms are governed by German law, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. Jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions.
