These terms of service govern the use of the mobile application Parking Reminder - Car Finder (hereinafter "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a parking reminder that saves your parking location via GPS, provides navigation back to your car, includes a parking meter timer with notifications, supports photo documentation of parking spots, and offers a parking history with trash/restore functionality.
All data is stored exclusively locally on your device. This includes parking locations, photos, notes, timer settings and preferences. No data is transmitted to external servers.

The App uses third-party navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, TomTom) for directions to your parking spot. These apps are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The App uses Google Play Services for location determination.
All rights to the App, its design and content belong to the provider, unless otherwise stated. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability for damages is limited. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of GPS positions, address resolution or data loss. The App should not be used as the sole means of finding your vehicle in emergency situations.
The provider may modify these terms of service or features of the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.
These terms are governed by German law, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. Jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions.
