Tag-style and many-to-many — a note can belong to several. Set a per-category lock timeout (e.g. Passwords re-locks immediately). Tap the ⇅ button in the top bar, then drag to reorder them — your custom order, not just alphabetical.

Keep a note in Notification Center as a silent entry you can read without opening the app. It updates when you edit the note, and tapping it opens that note. iOS has no permanent notification, so you can swipe it away — the app re-posts it the next time you open it.

A note with its own lock never shows its content outside the app either: widgets display a lock instead of the text, the checklist widget refuses to tick its items, and the list preview stays empty.

Attachments are not synced; emptying the trash never propagates.
