These terms of service govern the use of the mobile application Shopping Manager Classic (hereinafter "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a shopping list manager that lets you organize items with shops, categories, units, prices, quantities, notes and photos across one or more shopping lists. It offers needed/checked shopping modes, sorting and filtering, alternative shop prices and a best-buy unit-price comparison, CSV import and export, and a trash and archive with restore functionality.
All data is stored exclusively locally on your device. This includes items, shops, categories, units, photos, notes, lists and preferences. No data is transmitted to external servers.

The App does not integrate any third-party online services, advertising, tracking or analytics, and works fully offline. Selecting images uses the Android system photo picker. When you choose to export or share data (e.g. by email or to another app), that data is handed to the app you select, which is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
All rights to the App, its design and content belong to the provider, unless otherwise stated. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability for damages is limited. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of prices, calculations or imported data, or against data loss. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data (e.g. via the CSV export).
The provider may modify these terms of service or features of the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.
These terms are governed by German law, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. Jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions.
